Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
  • Rose N Tee offers FREE Standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAN within Canada. A Flat rate of $15 CAN will be charged for all orders under $150 CAN within Canada. These rates are determined before applicable taxes have been added and after discounts have been applied. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the specific destination of the parcel.

  • Rose N Tee offers FREE Standard shipping on American Orders over $200 CAN (but does not include areas outside the continental US). A flat rate of $25 CAN will be charged for all orders under $200 CAN and be shipped standard to the USA (but does not include areas outside the continental US). These rates are determined before applicable taxes have been added and after discounts have been applied. All Customs Fee’s, Duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local authority for more information.

  • Please allow 1-3 Business days for processing and handling. (Statutory holidays are not included with business days). Please note that processing times may vary during Sales, Holiday periods, and Clothing Launches. 

  • We utilize UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, & Fedex to ensure we have the most affordable rates and provided the quickest shipping to you. Once the order is on its way you will receive an email with shipping information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the specific destination of the parcel

Local Pickup:
  • Rose N Tee now offers Free Local Pickup in Edmonton Southwest (Windermere). Please select “Local Pickup” for the “Ship To” location during checkout.
  • Once your item is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email with instructions to schedule your pickup date and time window. You will be required to select a pickup date and time that is within 7 business days (Monday to Thursday) of that “Ready for Pickup” email. *Please check your Junk Mail as sometimes this email can be redirected there.
  • Pickups will be available from Monday to Thursday, within the hours of 10am-8pm. Orders will typically be ready within 72 hours of the order date. Please note we require a minimum of 6 hours between your email response time and your requested pick up time, and 12 hours during sales, holiday periods, and clothing launches
  • In the event that you do not schedule a pickup or miss your pick time window, you will be invoiced the following business day for shipping of the items. Items will only be shipped out after the shipping invoice has been paid in full.
  • If the shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days of the invoice date, the items will be put back into inventory and you will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price less 10% restocking fee.
  • The pickup location is residential so please be mindful of this when collecting your package.
  • *Please note that any orders placed with PayBright/Sezzle will be delayed 24-48hrs for additional processing.
Returns: 
  • Full price items will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt, credits will not be accepted after to this date. Please contact us by filling out the form below to initiate the return process or contact us at letschat@rosentee.com. We recommend that you contact Rose N Tee within 3 days of receiving the item(s), ensuring the entire process is completed prior to the 14 day limit. Items received by Rose N Tee after this time will unfortunately not be accepted.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Items for return must; have the original tags attached, be free from perfume, cigarette smoke, and stains.

  • Items purchased on Sale, 'Wilted Supply' stock, or with a Promo code greater than or equal to 20% will be Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we recommend that the item(s) be insured and have a tracking number. In the event that the return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit Rose N Tee cannot take responsibility for these losses. Original shipping costs will not be included in store credit total.

Defective or Damaged: 
  • Items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping; in the event the item is defective or damaged upon receipt Rose N Tee must be contacted within 5 businesses days to rectify the issue. Any damage caused my tag removal will not be accepted.
